Course Description
The CRMI – Crew Resource Management Instructor course prepares you to deliver CRM training in compliance with current European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations.
The course is based on:
- Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 (Air OPS)
- especially Part-ORO.FC.115 and related AMC/GM (e.g. AMC1 ORO.FC.115 & GM1 ORO.FC.115)
You will develop the instructional and facilitation skills required to:
- plan and deliver CRM training in accordance with EASA standards
- design and implement CRM programmes within aviation organisations
- act as a qualified CRM Instructor (CRMI)
The course combines theory, practical exercises, and instructor feedback. After successful completion and, if required, supervised practice, you may conduct CRM training independently.
